"C" Student Upgraded to "B-"
Wow--even Bob Novak, on CNN's "Pundits [sic] Scorecard," gave Bush a "B" on content and a "B-" on delivery. If that's the best praise Bush can muster from one of his most irrationally wild-eyed supporters, I guess he really did have a bad night.
