What else can you call it?

In Manchester, Mr. Bush refrained from his routine assault on Mr. Kerry's fitness to serve as commander in chief, neither mentioning the Democrat's name, nor referring, as he often does, to "my opponent." Instead, he argued that he and the nation, forever changed by Sept. 11, are bound together in an epic battle, and that he has earned the right to press on with it.

Rot in hell, you shriveled, whining, effete little Reichstag-burning fucker.
