Succeeding Spitzer
Not exactly at the top of the news agenda, but Howard Dean's DFA is endorsing Sean Patrick Maloney to succeed Eliot Spitzer (who will be running for governor) as NY Attorney General. Maloney's an interesting figure--former Wall Street guy, former Clinton advisor, and gay parent of three. Here's his website if you're interested.
