Also: everyone should run out and buy the November Harper's to read Wells Tower's "The Children are Far Right," about the YAF conference in D.C. this past summer. Sheer brilliance in the Jeff Sharlet vein. The concluding banquet--where Wayne LaPierre exhorts the youth to "Remember New Orleans" (not the drowning of the city, but a video showing police confiscating an old lady's pistol)--is but one of many, many gems.
